- What is a salute?
A Salute is a picture you take of yourself to verify your identity on the Internet. To make a salute, take a picture of yourself holding up a sign of
some sort on which is written your username and "Pouchons.com". Since anyone can steal your pictures and pose as you, the salute is a good way of making sure that you are in fact the
person shown on the pictures of your profile.
- I want to add a salute
To add a salute, follow these steps:
- Log into your Pouchons account (enter your e-mail and password or go to Login page and enter your e-mail and password)
- You will be redirected to your user control panel
- Click on "Your Salute" in the left-hand menu
- Follow the instructions at your screen
- My Salute is always refused by administrators, why?
You have to follow the rules:
- You can write down on anything you want as long as we can clearly see your username and Pouchons.com!
- Handwritten Salute only, no printed Salute!
- Don\'t try to write over your picture with a computer photo editor.
- IF YOU WANT YOUR SALUTE TO BE ACCEPTED, YOUR MAIN PICTURE MUST BE A PICTURE OF YOU AS WE WILL COMPARE YOUR SALUTE AND YOUR MAIN PICTURE.
