- You will be redirected to your user control panel
- Click on "Account Settings" in left-hand menu
- Check the "No" radio in the "Rating Profile" line in "Privacy Settings"
- My profile doesn't appear on the Top Ratings, why?
First of all, you need 10 ratings to see your profile on the Top Ratings, and your rating must be higher than the rating of the last member in the Top 10. To verify if your option to appear in the Tops is enabled, follow these steps:
- Log into your Pouchons account (enter your e-mail and password or go to Login page and enter your e-mail and password)
- You will be redirected to your user control panel
- Click on "Account Settings" in left-hand menu
- Check the "Yes but display on top ratings" radio in the "Rating Profile" line in "Privacy Settings"
- How can I rate a member more than once?
You cannot rate a user more than once. When you rate somebody, you're telling him or her how you think he or she looks. It's a personal opinion and we think that it should not change over time. It's a definitive vote. The rating is not about the number of votes you received, it's about the opinion of you that multiple different members have.
- How can I get more ratings?
Since members cannot rate more than once, if you want to get more ratings, you will have to check new members profiles and send them shout outs or rate their profiles. You have to make new friends and talk with new people. Only then will you get new ratings.
- What if I don't only get 10 of out 10 ratings? Can I hope reaching the first place of the Top someday?
You sure can! The Tops are built by taking the ratings of the last 7 days (last week).
- I was on the Top and now I'm not, why?
This can be cause by two reasons:
- Somebody rated you and affected your global rating.
- You didn't receive enough rating in the last week to compete with other members on the Top. You need at least 10 ratings in the last week to stay on the Top.
