- Someone is annoying me. How can I block him/her?
You can block a member by clicking on the block icon on his/her profile.
- What is allowed and what is not?
If you would like to know what types of behaviour are acceptable on Pouchons, we advise you to please read the Code of Conduct. You are obligated to not only know what is stated in the Code of Conduct, you are also obligated to accept it to be a member of Pouchons. There is a link to the Code of Conduct on the bottom of every Pouchons page.
A short summary of the terms in the Code of Conduct is as follows:
Racist, xenophobic, and other types of discriminating messages are absolutely prohibited and will not be tolerated on Pouchons. The same policy applies for actions, messages, and pictures that are sexual in nature.
Pouchons is a hip-hop community for all, so backbiting and hating can also lead to intervention by one of our administrators.
Everyone must use his own separate nickname on the site. Hacking accounts will be considered punishable.
- What do I do if I see abuse on the site?
In cases of abuse on Pouchons, you will need to report it to our abuse team. In most cases, you can use the link on the abusers profile. For other abuses, you will need to contact abuse-en@pouchons.com. We appreciate your help very much, and we will try to act as quickly as possible.
- I blocked someone by accident. How do I delete users from my Block list?
To remove users from your Block list, follow these steps:
- Log into your Pouchons account (enter your e-mail and password or go to Login page and enter your e-mail and password)
- You will be redirected to your user control panel
- Click on "Block List" in the left-hand menu
- Click on the "Unblock" button of the Blocked user that you wish to unblock
