- I want to edit my profile
To edit your Pouchons profile, follow these steps:
- Log into your Pouchons account (enter your e-mail and password or go to Login page and enter your e-mail and password)
- You will be redirected to your user control panel
- Click on Account Settings or Edit Profile
- I want to edit my skin
To customize your profile, follow these steps:
- Log into your Pouchons account (enter your e-mail and password or go to Login page and enter your e-mail and password)
- You will be redirected to your user control panel
- Click on Customize your profile
- You can customize your profile by setting a predefined skin on Customize by Skin or you can customize your profile by setting your custom colors and images on Customize by Edit
- I want to change my username
To change your username, follow these steps:
- Log into your Pouchons account (enter your e-mail and password or go to Login page and enter your e-mail and password)
- You will be redirected to your user control panel
- Click on Account Settings
- You are now able to change your username. Remember that if you change your username too often, people will not be able to find you anymore if they only remember your previous username.
- I want to change my email
To change your email, follow these steps:
- Log into your Pouchons account (enter your e-mail and password or go to Login page and enter your e-mail and password)
- You will be redirected to your user control panel
- Click on Account Settings
- You are now able to change your email address. Be careful! If you change your email, you will receive another confirmation email and will have to confirm it again before you can send new shoutouts.
- I want to change my password
To change your password, follow these steps:
- Log into your Pouchons account (enter your e-mail and password or go to Login page and enter your e-mail and password)
- You will be redirected to your user control panel
- Click on Account Settings
- You are now able to change your password. Enter your old password and your new password twice to confirm it.
- I have not received the confirmation email
For some email providers, it may take a little longer to receive your confirmation email. We ask that you be patient or check your junk box filtering settings to make sure our message was not automatically discarded. Otherwise, please contact us with the address you are attempting to confirm AND the approximate date/time that you registered, and we will confirm your address manually.
- I want to change the language of the site
You can select your language by clicking it in the dropdown list on the top right corner of the page.
- I want to change the country zone of the site
You can select your country zone by clicking the flag circle on the top right corner of the page. You can select between US, Canada, France or International
